Am note really shore i bought the car with the procharger on it .. it does have bbk throttle body bbk headers pretty much bbk everything

What you should be looking for are signs of a [digital tune].
Whether it's a chip or piggy-back system or whatever they did...

It has a sct tuner box in the trunk but when I put it on the obd it doesn't come on ... but I put my scanner on the obd it works fine it throws rich code
The SCT is a pretty good indication that there's a tune in the mix.

In your situation, I would probably let my fingers do the walking.

Ok I found out today that my 03 mustang gt with a v2 vortech procharger.... I took it to a tuner and they found out my computer is locked with a sct tune and the hand held tuner box does not work and to make things worse is who ever had all the work done to this mustang my tuner guy found out they stuck a 07 computer in it and it can't be tuned with that in there he said I would need the stock computer in it ... where would be the best place to obtain one and how would I know if I am getting the factory computer ??
