Hello all. Just joined. Intake manifold leaking between metal crossover thermostat housing and plastic base. I can see pooched-out o-ring. Temp patched with JB weld helped a while but now leaking again. If no plastic warpage or cracks, does anyone have experience separating the metal crossover from the main plastic manifold body (unbolting from the bottom) and resealing ; rather than replacing the entire manifold ? Of course I would take the intake off before doing so. Help is appreciated. Retired, fixed income, no spare money yada yada. HB56
