2003 mustang v6 rim fitment

I have a 2003 ford mustang v6 with the stock suspension set up I recently purchased a set of 17" x 9" cobra style rims for my car. Will they fit directly on my v6 without any clearance issues?

They will fit fine. You might have a little rub at full lock in the fronts. They sell rack limiters to install.

2003-2004 Cobras had a different set of control arms, and did have rack limiters installed to run 17x9's

i run 17x9 on the front and 17x10 in the rear... only downside is you cant use the auto carwash feature anymore

We'll look into those sizes when we take in the 2003 V6 project next week. Got to mount the bumper & winch, soft tops, and jeep accessories on the Wrangler this weekend.
