I have a 2004 Mustang GT, and it just started making this loud metalish rattling noise which seems to be coming from near the passenger side front tire. The noise does not happen at idle or revving them motor while parked. The noise happens anywhere above 1500RPMS while accelerating if you let of the gas it stops but if you hit a bump or anything it'll make the noise. I got my car straight piped today because i thought the noise was a broken catalytic converter but that was not the problem. Anyone else have this problem? maybe my brakes or a belt ? Someone give me an answer
