Thank you for the compliment.

Main colour is Toyota Royal Saphire Pearl, flames are a mix of purple and blues, I have the colour written down somewhere, but it is a custom colour and has a number not a name.

By the looks of that air brushing Gixxer, you have put lots of time and thought into your car. I am sure it will turn out great.

What colour of blue are you using?

The blue is actually a candy dye concentrate that is added to a holding clear over top of a silver base and first layer of art. The paint is all PPG , and when said and done should have about 9 coats of clear on it wet sanded and buffed to a nice shine.

Did you replace all the T-Roof rubbers/felts etc? If so how much of a PITA was it. I ordered every single piece new for the roof and doors. $800 worth of seals, felts, headliner holders end caps etc. Wanted to be sure I did it right, but talking to someone who has done it once would be nice so I don’t mess something up.

The only pieces I had to replace were the felt pieces. They rivet in. Pretty easy. All my other seals are original and in fine shape. Car has never sat outside a whole lot. I think that is why the other pieces are still good.

Posted these over in talk too. She is starting to come together now.

Just got it home on the weekend.

Re-assembling things now, and getting ready to drop the engine in, then it goes for wet sand and buff and we will see if it needs one more shot of clear or not. Little over a gallon of clear on the car as of right now. Nice and thick.
