2006 Mustang V6 clutch replacement.

I need to get my clutch replaced and I wanted to know if I should get a stage 1 or 2. Performance wise it is stock but I do have a cold air intake coming in soon which I doubt will affect anything. As for the driving, I do drive it pretty hard by occasionally doing burnouts and donuts but I hardly ever drag race. From what I’ve read, a stage one would be best for me, that being said, I’m no expert so I wanted to see what you guys thought.
