2006 TSB's?

i posted in the 05 TSB forum, but figured i'd post here too. are there any TSB's for the 06's. we have a suspension noise, it feels "loose" when we go over bumps/cracks in the road, and when you go over a speedbump or something like that. makes kind of like a shock mount going bad noise, but i don't know really what it is. also, we have the "pop" sound coming from the clutch when we let it out, but when it is all the way in, there is a vibration in the pedal, kind of like a motor mount is bad or something. again, i have no idea what it is, but i know you guys have more experience with these new cars than i do. thanks for any help you can provide.

I know 2 06 GT owners who have the same issue with the suspension. There was a similiar issue with the suspension strut bearing assembly for vehicles built before 4/8/05 and Ford modified the assembly under TSB 5-9-11.

These 2 owners have been advised that Ford engineering is looking into the new issue and they are awaiting TSB notification. Hang tight. :nice:

Clutch? I have an AOD :p lol... It is always advisable to take it in and have a WO written up. Documentation is a good thing, even if they come back with "it's normal". If it turns out it is not normal, you have started the statute with the WO # and date. :nice:

Enjoy the Day and the Stang!

that's my main goal. i want to get it on record now that there is a problem. i have lowering springs waiting to go on, and if i put them on before the trip to the dealer, i am sure they will tell me it is not covered under warranty. but if it's on record first, then they can't dispute it. thanks

There is the TSB for the hesitation issue. I THINK is 06-9-9. I had this applied to my car to fix a hesitation that would occur after a long drive at a given speed and then when slowing down and getting on the gas again the car would stutter. It turns out the fuel pump design allowed air bubbles to form and those were being ingested when the gas was got on again causing the hesitation.

Worked wonders for my car, I'd suggest anyone seeing this issue go get it done ASAP, it's a 1 hour repair job.
