With a little work to the brackets and bit of welding ability to weld on new front mounting plates, they will certainly work nicely. They sit a bit lower than the stock seats, which I like as well. Let me tell you, these are a MASSIVE improvement in the comfort department over the stock Fox seats.

Do the back seats look just as nice and how difficult were they to install? Do all of the power components work as well?

The back seats need to be trimmed on the plastic underside to fit over the tunnel. I don't use the back seats so they are more cosmetic in my car, so I'd say you might want to x-brace behind the backs if you intended to have passengers in there. And yes, some simple wiring makes all the power components of the seat fully functional.

I'd like to clarify, this swap does take some modification and some time, and certainly needs to be performed by someone with some welding and fabrication knowledge, but if you have that, it's really pretty simple.
