Gentleman purchased car new. Obviously to put away and hopefully watch it appreciate. He has passed on and now widow/family has. Window sticker in place. Kept in garage and needs wash and detail. Looks great under the dust. I currently own a 2007 Roush Stage 3, which is much more rare as fewer were built. It is currently for sale too. I am a little concerned as to what will be wrong with car after sitting for 16 years.5 miles in 16 years, cobwebs included? Gonna need a huge cleanup and nice detail of engine and underside with pics. We talking nice kept garage or rat's nest??
More folks are doing that these days which is why it may not have appreciated as much as expected however, to the right person.... $$$Obviously to put away and hopefully watch it appreciate.
I expected a few of those. It was NOT climate controlled, so what other surprises might pop up? Hope to have more pictures later.Gas, fuel injector cleaning, fuel lines/rail flush. Tires, oil/filter, trans fluid, diff fluid, brake flush.
If stored in a climate controlled environment, then probably not much else.
It will fetch more than MSRP and probably by a bunch.
Where in the Country was it stored?I expected a few of those. It was NOT climate controlled, so what other surprises might pop up? Hope to have more pictures later.

Dry warm Arizona?
Hot/Cold humid NE?
Somewhere in between?
I had to get a heat pump put in my garage to keep the humidity down, otherwise mold/mildew started showing up on everything.
I was wrong. Told now it is in climate controlled garage. So hopefully just minimal work is needed. Thanks again for the advise.I expected a few of those. It was NOT climate controlled, so what other surprises might pop up? Hope to have more pictures later.
