2011 Bullitt Nationals

For those of you who like the Bullitts, the Nationals were held in Fontana Village, NC this weekend near the Tail of the Dragon. The event was great, and there was an excellent group of people and cars. If interested, I posted a few photos from the event here. There were 2 classic Bullitt Fastback clones, as well as a 2012 Boss that one of the long-time members drove down from Canada. Enjoy!

Thanks for the compliments! I believe there were 55 Bullitts in attendance. This was the Eastern U.S. show, and they will do one next year in the Midwest, the year after out west, then back east the following year. The guy with the Boss was from Toronto and has two Bullitts, a Shelby Mustang, a '96 Cobra, among other toys at home. He brought the Boss down for a road trip and we all drooled over it. It was definitely out of place, as was the bright red/orange Raptor that one of the event organizers brought to the show. We had a blast, and I can't wait for next year's event.
