2012 5.0's

Hey, when is ford going to start building the 2012 5.0's? its been like a monthish since i ordered mine and the dealership guy has zero info to give me about them. he says the order is in the system and is scheduled to be built but when will Ford actually start building it? (ordered late December).

i read like march some where, the 2011s are coming down in price around here now, 4 months ago they were around 32,000 to say almost 40,000, last week i seen a new 2011 gt 6 speed for 28,500, i need a auto or i would have bought it. look around for a 11 and save a few bucks?

the difference in the price with all the options i wanted was like $200 so it wasnt that bad. i just want to know when Ford is going to start building the 2012's..

Accoriding to the head rep at Ford,the FIRST OF THE 2012 MUSTANGS will start to come off the line in late March of 2011 same as the 2011 Mustang model year run,

i ordered mine last month too, it's also a 2012 model. they start building it in march.

I have seen a couple of people on other forums post a build date of february. Originally was suposed to be starting building them 1/18 but suposably theres a parts shortage right now and f-150's have priority on 5.0 and 3.7 parts. I put my deposit down 12/23 and have no info.

Its a MY 2012, and thats 9 months before 2012 begins... Its not late, its earlier than most MY 2012 vehicles.

Suck it up, we had the same thing for the 2011 model year,and don"t be too surprized if the wait is not longer or your car sits in the lot for a month waiting for other cars to be completed that are going in the same direction they DON"T CARE about you or your car just the bottom line $$$$$$$

I think they should not produce a model vehicle until 2 months prior to the year. Getting a 2012 in the spring of 2011 is just rediculous.
