I just picked up a set of new 2012 gt rims. I sanded and painted them black and then threw them on. It made the car ride so much smoother. It's crazy! Tell me what you guys think.
Yeah, I did mine because of traction issues and the feel of flexing tires around corners. Little did I know the larger offset of the rims helped to push them out for a far better and more aggressive look. The added look benefit plus the added functionality made me not regret the upgrade despite the price.
Just wish I could have actually sold my old wheels to make up some of the money, I failed on that part.
Yeah I didn't do to bad. I bought the gt rims for 600. They had less than 100 miles on them and then I just sold my oem wheels. They were also sanded and painted black. Got 300 out of them so I just ordered a tuner merry Christmas to me. Now I'm trying to decide wether to get the headers or the screaming demon coil and thunder wires
