I got a local dealer who said they can get a bare bones 13' GT OTD (taxes, license, etc) for $30.5k. Wondering if I can get them lower!

Also might try Gresham Ford in Gresham, OR. I bought a Subaru through their dealership with their internet sales guy, and got a great deal there. The internet is your best friend, particularly if you're not in a hurry, and willing to travel a little.
