I have recently been experiencing an issue with my shaker radio. About a month ago, at random times my radio would begin to flash the clock and not give me access to any controls on the radio. The only thing that would respond was the CD button ( Which I'm not quite interested in .) I figured my battery was going bad so I went and bought a new one and the issue was fixed for about a day. I had all fuses checked out and none of them were blown. Randomly, my radio will work for a day, and then stop working. The ford dealership claimed that there was be a $130.00 DIAGNOSING fee for what the issue is. They also said they have not heard of this problem and it's not in any of their troubleshooting. I've read on other forums of people experiencing this problem, but was not able to find a solution. I'm hoping someone has heard of this or perhaps knows a fix I can do without spending $130.00 to possibly hear I need to replace the entire radio.
