Good evening, this issue just started today. The A/C will cycle three settings continually. I cannot turn off the A/C it just cycles continually. If you select the audio settings it will revert back to the climate settings. I swapped the main A/C fuse w the horn fuse no change and I pulled the number 23 fuse no change. I also pulled the plug on the high side switch no change. I really would like to avoid going to the Ford dealer for this. Has anyone had this issue and knows what to look for or how to solve it. Thanks in advance for any info provided. Rich

This does not sound like an A/C issue. This sounds like touch screen control issue.

The dealership or perhaps you have a facility near you that does repairs on OEM audio/control centers.

Try a reset, just in case pulling the fuse didn't fully kill power to the HVAC module. Hold down the HVAC power and defrost button simultanously until it resets and see if that fixes it.

Do you have ForScan? First thing i'd do is connect and see if there are any trouble codes within the HVAC module. You may need forscan if you need to replace the HVAC module as you will need to download and load the as_built data onto a replacement module.
