Well I have my first issue. Christmas eve I went out for a ride and my instrument cluster is blank plus some for buttons on the steering wheel do not work. Anyone hear of this before?

I'll take it into the dealership in a few days. Really disappointing. I hope this is not a sign of things to come. Thanks,

Good morning, this is guy with that problem. I think the dealership induced additional problems but hasn't been forthcoming about it. The replacement cluster was installed and now the car won't start. I have a Roush Supercharger and I think the tech either ignored or didn't notice the label on the computer warning the car had a Roush program. Anyway, they have ordered a second cluster and are now working with Roush and Ford Tech Line (I think that's what he called it). As of 1/11/ the second cluster is still back-ordered. I had expected a call by COB yesterday but that didn't happen. I am taking a 60 mile road trip to the dealership today to see what else I can learn. The dealership has been good about providing transportation and I know things happen...but I miss my car

That sucks. I have a friend that just replaced his cluster in a 16 with the newer one. He programmed it himself with some 60 dollar thing from amazon. Said programming the steering wheel buttons was a PITA. He did mention he had to pay for access through a ford tech website...but he got it done.

I haven't heard of any issues with them. I do know that if everything isn't programmed and coded correctly it won't work. The Ford Tech Line actually has access to the actual engineers that designed all this stuff. They'll get it fixed for you but it sucks. I couldn't imagine.

It is late on Jan 17th and I just picked up my car. I guess it took 2 new clusters, support from Ford Tech Line and Roush to get it to work. The dealership is 60 miles away from me and the car performed perfectly on the ride home. It is good to have it home. The dealership treated me VERY well.

Glad they were able to get it fixed. I really like the new cluster. Bright display, customizable and easy to read. I hope I don't have any issues with mine, but hey that's what a warranty is for right? Have fun driving that beast.

Yep all is good...the dealership took care of me while my car was under the knife. While disappointed with the problem with my brand new car...things happen.
