im trying to figure out if i need a boostapump. i know it never hurts to have one, but if i do need one, what one do i need??? im running a cammed 5.0 mod stroker,16-18 psi via intercooled vortech v2 with stage 2 snow meth injection, victor efi intake with 6061 plenum, sct ba5000 slot mafs, 75mm tbody, 60# injectors,cobra tank/hat/dual cobra pumps. im shooting for 600rwhp with my new tune in april. i made 414whp with 8psi no cams,intake,meth,much smaller piping and intercooler than i have now, and a pegging mafs. so again my question is this, do i need a bap to accomplish a reliable 600rwhp? if so which one do i need...20a or 40a???? please advise!
