Will 245 x 16 tires fit with no problems on a stock 94 GT front?

Sorry if this a repost of a previous question. Nothing obvious turned up in a search.

what tire size do you have on now?????

on my 17"x8" (Tribars ) I have 245/45/17.

It might be to wide.

They'll fit. I had them on my stock wheels for a couple years.

had them on mine as well....no rubbing at all...nor did they rub at full lock. Currently have 245-45-17's on front on 9" wide wheel and they are fine too.

I ran 245's on my stock waffles.

IIRC the stock size is 225.

Hmmm. Mine came with 245's all around. But Im pretty sure they were not the stock tires since it was like a year and a half ago and its got like 140K on it. lol
