245's on 17x9????

got myself in a jam. i bought my rims a while ago, but didn't get tires cause i really didn't know what what i wanted. now i'm broke my new fronts are 17x9's. any way i can run run my stock front tires on this big of a rim? it'd be just temp. but i don't want to create an unsafe ride

Yeah it wouldnt be a problem. At least I wouldnt see why it would be.
