I have a 95 Mustang GT Conv. Can I just swap out the factory 19lb injectors for 24lb? Will this not work unless I get a different MAF?Thanks

Actually, it seems to me you'd run rich (the 24's deliver more fuel per pulse than 19's do).

Quite right.

As far as it working, the car would run, but it would hurt performance and gas mileage, so you definitely shouldn't do it.

There have been a few threads recently addressing bigger injectors and MAF's. Do a search and you'll find more info than you want.

You can do it but its a bad idea. Thats why they make MAF's calibrated for certain injectors.

Ive always wondered, can you re-calibrate a MAF?

MAF's can be recalibrated. It can also be taken care of with a tune (the guys can make about any MAF do whatever they want).
Remember, it's the computer that does the calibration - calibrated MAF's are just a way to hose with the things to keep the computer happy without getting inside it to change things.
