I searched this.... but it came back with "sorry, no matches for your search" or what not... I hate this sites search feature lol. Anywho. I'm looking to get these in NT-555s. But I refuse to whack at the q panels. The car is lowered with Saleen Racecraft springs. Will these fit with just removal or flipping the quads, and no whacking at the q panels? Thanks.

I have kumho ecsta supras- 275/40/17 in the rear. On a 17x9 wheel. The only rubbing I had was a tiny tiny bit on the tail pipes. They are LX tails due to my Cobra rear bumper. I took a ball peen hammer and put a dimple on each pipe. No more rubbing whatsoever. The clear the quads and the fenderwells nicely. From what I have heard from multiple people is that the NITTOS run a bit smaller than other tire manufacturers, so they will be a bit more narrow when compared to other 275's. That should work to your benefit also. I can email you some pcs if you want. Good luck

Nick

88SC GT- I would be willing to modify the inner wheel well, but just not the q panel, ya know? Is that all you had to do? I had to do 100 times worse then that with my 275/60/15 BFG Drag Radials on my 83 vert lol.

cant see the small spots where it rubbed. i had the wheel off one day and literally hit it with the hammer twice cause i was pissed and it hasnt rubbed since.

it barely rubbed without any hammering. only in sharp turns. now i dont get anything.
