Thinking about mounting 275/40/18's on 18x9/45 offset, will they fit on the front? I wanted to keep all 4 the same.

I have them on mine all around and they do not rub at all!..perfect combo IMO

why would you want them in the front? they are just extra weight... I would never put any more than 255's in the front, but thats just me

for me I choose to do it because with the steeda suspension components I have and the vortech blower I need all the grip i can get..The car is on RAILS now

Arent most 275 18s a 35 also?

Wider tires up front arent going to help you out to keep control with your power, if anything it will hurt on grooved roads where the wide tires yank your car around. Thats how mine was...had to hold the wheel with both hands on yucky roads.
