Thinking this is factree. Finally the bed at 278k in my 2000 Excursion. I haven't owned it for the entirety of its life so I suppose it could've been changed at some point with a pump manufactured in 99, but what are the odds of that?

I found it amazing how long the original parts lasted on my 93.
Also I found it totally disturbing how fast the replacement parts give up the ghost.

That couldn't be more true. NOS parts are just bout obsolete too. Bummer!

Figured I'd update on the Excursion since my fox is running pretty good and haven't done anything but wear down tires lately.
Swapped leaf springs from spongy, clapped out stock springs. X code springs on front, and what they call a modded B code on rear. Modded B is a C code, f250 rear spring, with bottom 2 leafs from stock pack added. Turned out amazing and rides and drives like a new truck. Couldn't be more happy. Waiting on my new tires to wrap my weld off road wheels in. Gonna be sweet......

The new set looks lighter on just truck weight. It looks like it's resting on two fewer coils than the old set until you get some weight on it.

I think your calculations are correct. The rear springs were terrible. I measured from the rear bump stop to my block before and after. 2.5" before. 5⅞" after. The rear springs, before the added leaves, were rated at 1400 pounds more per side then stock. With the added leaves I'm not sure of capacity.

Looks like a beast.

My 4Runner sending unit kicked the bucket last year at around 255k so I replaced the pump with a new OEM one. Didn’t have any issues just figured while the tank was down. I’m sure that pump woulda kept on kickin tho.
