28 oz vs 28.2 oz

I picked up a 331 shortblock externally balanced to 28.2 oz.

I've seen flywheels balanced at 28 and 28.2 oz.

Does 28 oz = 28.2 oz?

Yep, same thing. It's like how you don't look at those fractions of a cent on the gas prices. The 28 (as opposed to the 50) is the important part.
