I am sure that this has already been posted many times but I didn't see anything with the search option. I want to put 285-35-18's on the rear of my stang. I have 18 x 9 Saleen wheels. Any one running 285-35's on a 9" wheel and could you please include a few pics (close ups would be best)?

Thank you,

Brian

I would think they would fit. I have 9.5" wide wheels with 285/35R18's. I ran 285/40R18's on 17x9 wheels when I had my Formula and they were a good fit.

Can't help you with the pics but 285 will definitely fit on a 9" wheel. Some people slap 315 Drag Radials on the OEM Cobra wheel (9"). THIS might be too much though, I wouldn't recommend that

It's no problem. I don't have any pics, but it looks great.

no pics for me either but I have them on my 18x9 rim and they fit fine. I was thinking about going with the new nitto 305/35 dr if they finally come out with them but not sure just yet.

I think that I will be going with Toyo Proxes T1-S as my father can get me a really good price on them.

Looks Good and Thanks Lawrence! A little of topic but how do you like the new Roush?

I love it! Especially the fact that there aren't very many here. I've only seen 2 since I bought mine and it's a hell of a lot faster than my old GT.....
