I think the whole K member & motor mounts are different. The cheapest way to do the swap would be to get a K member & mounts from a 94-95 GT since they came with a 5.0 from the factory. The K member will bolt right into a 96-04 stang...Or u can get a tubular k member that is made for the swap like Maximum Motorsports or AJE.....
The simple answer is no. Also, a 4.6L is not a 289W like it seems you are thinking. Completely different engine group. And for the record, the 4.6L is 281ci
Be more specific in your question? What year and model is the car you're trying to put the engine into? What's your definition of "MANY MODICATION AND MONEY"

True, K-members and mounts are totally different for 94-95 302 GTs and 96+ 4.6 GTs. If you're considering that much expense to convert, may I recommend that you buy a cheap Fox-Body stang? Couldn't be too much for one. Plus, it already has the 302 in it!
