29* of timing @3k rpms

well i was just using my neighbors obd2 scanner and i was looking throught the stuff and found timing it said 15.5* at idle so i reved it to 3k and it said 29* adv is that stock timing?

Yes, this is normal. Timing is based off of load. As you load up the car timing will decrease. If you rev the car while parked there is no load on the car and the timing can be advanced quite a bit.
