ohhhhh got ya.... so it actually rubs on the fender (the outside metal part) but only when you go over some sort of bump? if thats the case....305's!!!!!

If you grind down the lip a little that really helps with the rubbing, mine just barely hits right now. Since you're going with different rims than me, you might not even have a problem with it. My bullitt's have a 27mm offset I believe, 17x10.5.
