2nd gear bogging

when i speed shift to second gear there is a slight hesitation or bog ,its ok when power shifting probably because of not getting off the gas pedal.my thinking is that i need to step up to 24lb injectors.they are stock now at 19lbs.my mods are vt stage 1 cams,bbk long tubes,75mm accufab,c&l plenum,steeda under drive pulleys,cold air,3:73 gears and was dynoed at 290hp.please let me know what you guys think.

How many miles on the car and when was the last time the plugs were changed?

No codes in the pcm? I would have it scanned.. If you have a p0300 multiple random misfires detected code then check your under drive pulleys.. I have seen the trigger wheel come loose on some of these and cause high rpm bogging or misfires.

If it's not this then check the plugs and the rest of the ignition.
