2v 5.4l swap help

i have been searching for two days now and cannot find what im looking for. can anyone tell me where i can find out what all is needed and involved in swapping my 4.6 to a 5.4l 2v engine? all i can find is that i need a new hood. like that isnt obvious already. and most suggest using the 4.6pi heads. so what about wiring harness, computer, and all that fun stuff. does anyone know what to do about that, or know a site or thread that explains it. and how hard is it to do. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

thanks guys. i sent that guy a private msg. anyone know of a place where there is like a write up on how to do it or anything like that. it seems like all the discussions going on are all people's opinions and everyones is different and no ones knows who is right or wrong.

try modular depot forums and corral forums, and do a search...have seen write ups on boths.
