2v to 4v Where the Conversion Website?

I'm looking for a bud because I remembered a website dedicated to converting a 2v to a 4v. I can't seem to find it. Anyone know it.

He's looking at buying a complete cobra engine and tranny and what's to know what all is needed and how bad the install would be.
