3.73 or 4.10.....for the 100th time...

As I have posted before...I think it is better to have less and want more, than have more and want less.

4.10's for an auto are okay I guess, but you will run out of useable gear real quick when you started modding.

willys1 gained I think 2 tenths from 4.10's to 3.73's in his AOD with bolt-on's.

4.10's are not something I would choose unless I had a decent breathing car and wanted to hit the track more often than most.

I'm trying to figure out the same isssue. My thoughts are that with a 5-speed, 4.10s only go up to 110mph in fourth...so if you trap higher than that you have to shift into 5th...so 4.10s are too much with a decent combo right?? 3.73 or 3.90s are better then...?
