3:73 speedo gear for auto?

Hey guys, I am thinking about buying a set of 3:73's for my 92 5.0 lx auto to replace the stock gears. I'm having a hard time finding a speedo correction gear for the 3:73's. Does anyone know where I can get it from if they exist? They make it for 3:55's but I would much rather have 3:73's. My car is a street car but I want it to be a little quicker out of the hole and a bit more responsive. Do you think the 3:55's would make a big difference? Let me know. Thanks!

Mods to my car are: BBK cold air intake, ford racing 9mm plug wires w/ motorcraft platinum plugs, accel cap & rotor, flowmaster 40's, and soon to have UPR catless x-pipe w/ stock headers.

You need the white 23-tooth speedo gear for your car. Order a couple...they tend to shear. The speedo won't be 100% accurate, but it's as close as you are going to get

Yeah, LRS is who I am going to get my gears from anyways since they sell the whole kit. The black gear is for 3:55's though according to that chart they have listed. Is it for everything from 3.55's and up? Or let me ask you this: is gears or a full exhaust going to make a bigger improvement on my car? I already have the flowmaster 40's and have a UPR catless x pipe for my car still in the box. I was thinking about ordering BBK equal length shorties and the matching flow tubes for my x pipe & mufflers and just finishing the exhaust. Which is going to make a bigger improvement? Im guessing gears?

think 3:55's will be good enough? Probably not as good as 3:73's but at least my speedo would work right. If I did go with the 3:73's and the 23 tooth speedo gear is my odometer going to rack up miles quicker because I've heard that it does this- is that true?

hey another question: I have noticed in like the past couple months that I have drove my car it's only burning one tire at times and sometimes it will burn 2. I put bigger back tires on it last summer (245's) and when I first put them on it SMOKED them but after a couple more burnouts later it seemed to stop burning posi. I am a little rusty at powerbreaking it but do you think it's time for a new differential? I'm guessing the stock Trac Lok is worn out?
