they say that 4.10 with an auto are equivalent to 373's with a manual.
Id just go with the 4.10

depends on highway miles, i had the 4.10's and didn't like them for the freeway.

The difference between 3.73 and 4.10 is really pretty small. Pick whichever one you want and buy a FMS gearset.

I could be wrong, but I believe Pro5.0 makes a 3.90 gear. I have no personnal opinion of them though...

I like mine. Went from a set of 3.55's to the 3.90's and really helped at the track. Picked up .2 in the 1/4 with no other changes.

To be honest I dont think you could tell the difference between 373's and 390's with the sotp mothod.

I say go with 373's if this is your daily driver.

The 390's aren't as "popular" because of the brand of companies that make them. Ford doesn't make them. Richmond and Pro 5.0 makes the 3:90 I believe and they aren't as good of gear quality from what I understand.

I have em and i like em. I didn't put them in, so i can't comment on the quality of the ring and pinion itself, but it hasn't given me any problems.
