30 psi of boost from a vortech supercharger..

vortech claims they have superchargers that can run 30psi of boost.. is anyone out there running boost like that... if ya are let me know how much engine work needs done to handle it....

lol... cobra killer is probably the only one even close to 30 lbs around here... he's somewhere right there. As far as what parts you need, everything... and I do mean EVERYTHING under the sun... probably multiples of a lot of drivetrain parts too. Car pretty much won't be streetable.

People are making over 700hp with just 16-18PSI, 30 is nuts.

Those are race blowers capable of producing 30 psi........not something most would run on the street. I have the JT Trim on my car now which is capable of 27 psi and is also considered a "race only" blower. Made 663 rwhp with a T Trim which is even smaller than the JT so if your'e looking to make some big power you don't need 30 psi. You need a well thought out combination.

Even if you are boosting 30psi, it doesn't mean it is boosting it efficiently.
