My motor is stock except for a 6AL box, blaster coil, heads I robbed off and explorer, Full exhaust. The rest is stock except for the Powerdyne which was supposed to push 9psi but I see 13 and 14 out of it. I can I break 300hp with this combo on a dyno?
With that psi you should easily see 300rwhp with a tune. I am making 415 with an 11.0:1 AF/R and all I have over you is an intake, better heads, and a TB. My blower only makes 11psi.
I think the Roush heads have 2.02" valves that will not clear the stock pistons. The B-303 cam is an old school, low tech cam. There are much better cams out there, like the AFM B-31. The Typhoon seems to be a pretty good intake though. With those parts you would be around 470-500 rwhp with the right tune and 13-14 psi.
I think the typhoon would help big time with the blower. Keep the heads for now (unless you got a lot of money, then just buy new ones and give me those) and find a good cam. Make sure you don't have too little lsa. For example, my e cam would be a bad blower cam (110 lsa). The stock cam is like 115 i think which is pretty good for boost. I don't know how it is for nos though, but that's not what you're doing. If you put different ratio rockers, you'd probably be pretty good.
Dropping in new pistons is not a big deal, I have the motor out and I am going to freshin it up, the blower hasn't been to friendly to my crank bearings, they are not bad, but show more wear then they should. I got these heads for free and only put them on cause I ported the factories 2 far, hehehe The GT-40 heads have been cleaned up and polished, but that is about it. I have never built a blower motor before so I am not sure on cam issues, I new the B cam worked well in my 88 GT I didn't know about this. I didn't realize that 450 would be possible with a 302 and a blower, might not go for the stroker kit afterall

Instead of dumping all this money into a heads/cam setup, your best bet would be to get the car tuned by a professional if you haven't already. 14 pounds of boost is plenty safe to run on the stock bottom end as long as the right air/fuel ratios are right. Your sig doesn't mention any kind of larger injector. Running stock injectors with a blower is one of the worst ideas imaginable, especially with 13 or 14 pounds of boost running through the motor.

Nitrous will do well on a 112LSA and up. I agree with you though... id go for a shorter duration and wide lobe seperation for a blower cam. Dont want to move the power up TOO far.
