302 h.o. question

Hello, I pulled a 302 H.O. from a 1988 lincoln Mark VII to use in my 1967 Mustang and it's going to be carburated. I was wondering if this is exactly the same 302 h.o. motor in used fox Mustangs because I was told the Lincoln motor would have lower torque and hp? Also I bought a t5 and the clutch and brake pedal setup from a fox body mustang was thrown in for free with a metal clutch quadrant. I was wondering if I could use the clutch and brake pedal setup on my 67 mustang?

The Lincoln HO 5.0 is the same as the Stangs had. Only difference was the alternator and bracket. The Lincoln had a bigger alternator--130 amp. As for the clutch setup......that's going to depend on your fabrication skills
