Livernois Motorsports has a 4.6L Stroker rotating assembly for the 4V block, I was wondering if it possible to run it on a stock engine without upgrading anything in the valvetrain or anywhere else. I have a rod bearing spun and I want to replace all the internals.

Yes, there's no reason why you shouldn’t be able to. You're still running the stock cams in the heads and only the displacement is increased, but if memory serves the stroker kit's need to be balanced first before install. Better double check before sinking the cash into it. How much are they asking for the kit?

if it comes already assembled in the block, you will have to see what the compression is and make sure there is a water passage on the driver side of the block for the 2v heads.
