302 vs 351 intake manifolds

I thought that a 351w intake would not fit a 302, but now I'm hearing differently. Would someone clear this up for me? I'm building an older ('69) 302. Thanks.

I thought the intake and heads could be swapped from 302's to 351's.

nope. the upper intake would work, but the 351 has a taller deck height so the lower intake is wider. Heads and upper intakes can be swapped

351 heads have 1/2" bolt holes. So you have to use spacers, or at least I think thats what they are called.
