31 splines conversion via Explorer,F-150 trac-loc question.

I want to go 31 splines.I know i can use an Explorer or F-150 trac-loc.

I called a fiew junkyard and all they have are ordinary 8.8 equip F-150 or Explorer.

My question is;What are the exact models and years of F-150,Explorer im looking for?

any year. if it had a towing package or off road package. look at the tag on the diff cover. eg. 355 trak-loc will have a 3L55 on the tag, no L if it's open.
