I just got back from my new year's festivities, and as I walked out of the party, I was greeted with several inches of snow. I thought, 'Oh great, I'm never getting home.' All I have to say is, people really exaggerate how bad these tires are in the rain, much less the snow! I made my 10 mile or so trek with no problems at all, driving like a sane human being. I kept her straight and in one lane without too much of a problem. I had a bit of wheel spin taking off from a dead stop. Stopping was even great. I had a hell of a worse time with old mostly bald 245 gatorbacks. If you can drive like a normal person, then there is no trouble at all. I even got up to about 40mph in the real deep stuff. Only real problem I had was when my dumps would collect snow and the car would get real quiet for a second or two, and when I did decide to have a little fun and slid into the completely undriven in lane, which did require some throttle to get out of. All in all, I wouldn't be that afraid to drive the car in 2 or so inches at all, if I had to.

I hope everyone else is having a good time tonight! Happy Nude Deer!

Here's some snowy cell phone cam randomness. My car makes really cool wide tracks in the snow!

My 315 tracks are as wide as my foot is long! That makes me so happy.

Sorry if none of this make sense. I'm ultra tired.

:Word:

i was comin down 94 when the ball dropped doin 40-45, passing all the fwd cars and even suv's, with mostly bald tires. plus not being able to see for **** because of the hid's.

point being i was having no problem in the hammer lane passing everyone else, with the stang:D some people even had their 4 ways on, because it was coming down so hard and you could see the lanes at all. you had to pretty much re-calibrate under the bridges where the road was clean.

My 275 Nittos that were bald were horrible in the rain. At 45MPH not even on the throttle, my car was sliding. I don't take my car out in the snow it sits in the garage.
