91 Notch w/ 331, AFR 205's, AFM N91 Cam, Typhoon Intake, 4.10's. The setup with a Holley intake in a different car, an LX Hatch made 375 rwhp and ran 7.5's@95 MPH in the 1/8, so it's no slouch vs 93 Notch with a 351, Vortech SQ Trim @ 10 PSI, TFS Heads, TFS Cam, TFS Intake, 3.73's, did 498 rwhp. The first race the Vortech car started in second from 20, spun in fourth and still pulled, second run was just a short little 40ish roll race.
The 91 Notch vs 88 IROC with a 6.0 LS1, custom grind cam, converted to carbureted, Yank converter, TH350, cars comes out HARD. The setup in the 91 Notch was a little slower than when it was in the LX Hatch because of the different intake, different gears and they had tried different tunes in it. It now has a C4, 4.56's and a 200 shot and the IROC has longtubes and a bottle too now but a blown trans.
