hey guys my buddy is getting his 302 ho done toa 331 with gt 40 heads alunimuns.... 303 cam not sure which letter...cobra intake flat top pistons and what ever.... he thinks he will make 425 HP i wanna prove this guy wrong i have a 351 bored . 40 over harderened psuh rods roller rockers ported and polished 1970 heads holley street dominatior intake flat top pistons bbk shorrty headers 750 holley double pumper MSd ingintion and 4:10 rear gears i know i sound foolish but i jsut would like to know lol thanks alot...he doesnt think i will make 375 hp i think i will....

He should make mid 300s at the wheels.

The 331 is going to be a freaking turd! If he makes 305rwhp, he's VERY lucky. I have no idea about the 351, but definatly under 300rwhp.

very low 300s with that setup.

your putting 302 parts on a 331 motor... not the best idea.

I think he means x303 heads? Not that bad of a set up..

we cant tell. its a cobra intake with a FMS cam... not the best choice for $ invested!

its a b 303 cam i asked him today cobra intake he said hes goin more for looks but think he will smoke me when he puts in the 3:73s and a dead tie with his stock 2:73s lol and i dont care about my run on sentence u can read it just fine without periods cant u?

Mis-matched combo.....should make a lot of tq but power will be dead by 5000rpm maybe less with un ported parts.

i told him to go with some arf 185s or twsited wedge somethign better than gt 40s, adn told him go with the trcik flow intake or eldbrock but he wotn lissen its his loss i guess lol
