I am looking for current recomendations on where to purchase a 347 shortblock. I was about to get one from Central Coast Mustang, but I called today and their phone has been disconnected. Has anyone dealt with them? Do you think they are out of business or temporarliy unavailable?

Now on the other hand with mass produced parts things are going to fail...even with expert engine builders. No need to down companies that have been in the business for years. Parts fail a lot of times due to user error. Ever think of that?
I have read good things about this rick guy. Also here is Coast's link http://www.coasthigh.com/Assemblies/Ford/ford_347.htm , if you can do it or have a builder the kit is on sale for $799. That is the kit I am running.
