347 stroker problems

hey everyone first day i have a 91 gt with a d.s.s 347 stroker. top end is a holly systemax kit 24# injectors 70mm throttle body i'm have troubles with the idle it revs up and down alot and the motor dances side to side pretty bad but it has good power so i don't think its a skip any help would be great thanks

Need some more basic info to diagnose further:

Brand/type of MAF meter ?
What is the air filter set up like.. cone, bend in front of MAF, or panel filter?
Fuel PSI and timing set at now ?

cone air filter it goes into the fender maf i'm not sure timing is 14degres i'll try and get u the other stuff thanks

See the "Surging Idle Checklist for help with all your idle/stall problems. The first two posts contain all the updates to the fixes. At last count there were 24 possible causes and fixes] for surging idle/stall problems. I continue to update it as more people post fixes or ask questions.

A tune would probably be in good order. A lot of parameters will change on the computer for a proper 347 build that the computer probably won't be able to compensate for.

Is MAF configured for those 24# injectors ?

Not certain about your configuration either (C/R, Heads, Cam, etc) ... I use 30# in my 347
