I'm about 95% sure the stock brackets will bolt right up, since they mainly bolt to the heads. My old 351W car i had used a March pully set with their brackets....so i'm just guessing. I know you'll need a slightly longer belt though due to the extra width of the 351 block.

If they end up not working, just take a trip to your local junkyard and find just about any 351W car or truck and take the pully/accessory brackets off of it and use them.

i dont think they will fit due to the fact the 351 is a wider/taller block this is what i have heard and it makes sense.

Try this-click the search button at the top of the page. Put this in the search dialog box: 351w swap
It will return a ton of threads on this subject...

well i know your motor mounts will work
as for brackets... you'll need a new a/c and power steering bracket - you can buy these as seperate items for your application or get the two integrated

100% they won't fit.

This swap bracket from FRPP is what you're looking for.

Ford Racing's advice from the page: "These brackets allow use of your 5.0L front end accessory drive components when swapping to a 351W (5.8L) engine. Simply replace production bracket with the new bracket using all existing bolts and hardware. Serpentine belt selection will vary, depending on whether or not you choose to use optional underdrive pulleys."

It would help if you tell us exactly what brackets you are looking for. The alt. bracket and smog pump bracket will bolt up. THe a/c and power steering bracket are the ones that you have to worry about. I have read that some guys get them to work. I would just buy the swap brackets from Summit of FRPP and leave the headaces for someone else. They are only $50 for both A/C and power steering.
