351 intake options...

I want to run a 351w short block with some afr 185's and a ATI psc-1 blower, I was thinking the other day though, that if the 351 block has a taller deck height wouldnt that space the heads farther apart? And since most intake manifolds like the Holley systemax one Im looking at are made for a 302 block, what options would I have to run the 351? Would I have to fab a spacer from say, aluminum stock, for each side to fill the void between the lower intake manifold and the heads?

I might go with the trick flow, its the best flowing from the box so Im told, still gonna get the lower port matched to the afr heads.
