It could have come from a number of different cars. Why do you want to know what car it came from?

There's no way to tell what exact car or model it came from. All it matters is what it is. None of the numbers you posted make any sense. The od-8 oe-12 could be D8OE heads, in which case they'd probably be 351M/400 heads made anytime from late 1977 to 1982. The numbers of56802? The of5 could be the date codes of which depending on the block's castimg numbers would determine what year is was cast. Could be June 5 1970 or June 5 1980. If it were the former, you'd have a 351C block, if the latter, it would be a 351M/400.
