I am posting on here for my dad, he has a 95 GT 5 speed and we can get a 351C for free and we are wanting to know what would be involved with swaping the 351C into this car. Any one got any ideas?

You would need custom headers.

The heads are different and there is a lack of aftermarket parts

Even if offered free, I wouldn't use it. More of a pain than I would want.

If it was a 351w it would be a different story.

The fox guys have bein putting them in for years. Dont know what all is involved but it would be something different. The clevelands dont realy need a huge aftermarket support. They have the best heads ever put on a ford. HUGE runners in them. You do noticed the are banned from sactioned racing on a small block. They say windsor style heads only.

Hmmmm. That would be different. It should all bolt up. The engine mounts are the same. Uses the same bellhousing. Oil pan and headers, you're on your own. No FI, unless you can modify an electronic distributor to work on a Cleveland. (Maybe one from a 460 truck motor?) I want to see pics of an install in process.

Problem with a Cleveland....if you break it, where do you get parts to fix it?
