I have a '65 coupe and will be converting my 289 with a 1969 351w. The 351w does not have any pulleys or brackets except for the crank pulley.
- Can I use my power steering set-up from the 289 on my 351w, including the brackets and pulleys?
- And where the hell can I find the alternator brackets?

You can use your balancer off the 289 and then use all those pulleys.
I have had good luck with brackets and such swapping between 289/302 and 351s, however, I know there are some that don't work.
You should try what you got first, and if it doesn't go, then seek bits and pieces that don't work.
Make sense?
That is what I would do and have done on other 351 swaps.
Sorry I haven't done it on a 65 Stang, so I don't have definative answers other than the 289 pulleys will fit. It's the brackets that are hit and miss.

Btw: Your 289 alt bracket should be plug and play in my mind.
It's the PS bracket and any others you may have that worry me.
